About Hackerstack
What I'm building, what broke, what I learned. Indie hacker logbook.
Why I write
Indie hacking is mostly invisible work. People see the launches; they don't see the year of customer support, the second rewrite of the auth flow, the failed pivot, the migration that took a weekend. Hackerstack is the boring middle — written down — so the next person doesn't have to learn it twice.
What we stand for
Show the code
Every architecture post has a public repo or a real code snippet. No vague diagrams.
Show the numbers
MRR, churn, CAC, infra costs. Real metrics, monthly transparency report.
Show the failures
Every postmortem is public. The product that failed is documented in detail.
